Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. DigiLab is a small Australian business and this site is deliberately simple: there is no account system, no shopping cart, and no advertising tracking.
What we collect
If you fill in the booking form, we collect what you type into it: your Instagram handle, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your follower count and your link in bio. That is the only information you actively give us.
Like any website, our host records basic technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. We do not use cookies to profile you, we do not build audiences for retargeting, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to arrange a call, and to do the work if you become a client. That is all.
Who can see it
Our website and form submissions are hosted by Cloudflare, which operates a global network and stores data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. If you become a client, we may use ordinary business tools such as email and a payment processor to work with you and invoice you. We share your information with these providers only so far as they need it to provide their service to us. We do not disclose it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Client records are kept for as long as tax and business records law requires, then deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are held in our host's system behind our account login. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we keep what we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection there is.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within a reasonable time, and without charge. If you would rather we did not keep your enquiry at all, say so and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information, email us first and we will try to sort it out. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
