Terms of service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you engage DigiLab to build a digital product for you. By paying the fee, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We build a digital product for your audience and set it up so you can sell it. The engagement includes five things: an Offer Recommendation, the product itself, your storefront set up and tested, a 30-day Launch Kit, and 14 days of support after handover.

2. Price and payment

The fee is A$1,600, inclusive of GST, payable in full before work begins. There is no revenue share, commission or retainer. We never take a percentage of what you sell.

The fee does not include your Stan Store subscription, ad spend, additional products, or ongoing management.

3. What you own

You own everything we produce for you, outright and permanently: the product, the files, the copy, and the branding applied to it. On payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables is yours. Your store, your Stripe account, and every dollar that comes through them are yours. We claim no ongoing interest in any of it.

We may mention that we worked with you, or show the work in our portfolio, only if you give us written permission. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.

4. What we need from you

The build depends on you. We need you to approve the Offer Recommendation, approve the outline, review the draft, and give us access to the accounts we are setting up. If you are slow to respond, the timeline moves.

5. Approvals and revisions

There are three checkpoints: you approve the Offer Recommendation before we build, you approve the outline before we write, and you get one round of revisions on the draft. Changes requested after that, or changes of direction that mean starting again, are quoted separately.

6. Timeline

The build normally takes about ten days from payment to handover, followed by fourteen days of support. That estimate assumes you respond within a business day at each checkpoint. It is an estimate, not a deadline we guarantee.

7. Account access

Where we need access to your accounts, the default is a screenshare session where you stay in control and click. If you prefer to hand over access, it goes through a one-time secure link, you change the password at handover, and we confirm in writing that we no longer have access.

8. Third-party services

Your storefront and payments run on services we do not control, such as Stan and Stripe. You hold those accounts and are bound by their terms. We are not responsible for their fees, outages, policy changes or decisions about your account.

9. No income guarantee

We do not promise you will make money. We build the asset and give you the plan; what it earns depends on your audience, your offer, your pricing and how you launch it. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative projections based on published industry benchmarks, not predictions.

10. Support

You get 14 days of support from handover, by email, answered within one business day. That covers fixes, questions and pricing tweaks on what we built. It does not cover building new things.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Set out in full in our Refund Policy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and those rights cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid us.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
